We manufacture 15 ready-to-use melt & pour soap bases in three families: Transparent bases (TS01–TS07) for crystal-clear and designer bars, Specialty suspending bases (SP08–SP10) for pearls, scrubs and encapsulated actives, and Milk & Herbal bases (OP11–OP15) such as goat milk, camel milk, coconut milk, haldi-chandan and kojic acid with rice water.

All bases are supplied as melt & pour flakes. You melt the flakes with slow stirring below 80 °C, cool to about 70 °C, add colour, fragrance and any additives, then pour into moulds. The bar sets and is cut and stamped to shape — no saponification or curing required.

No. Our current melt & pour bases use sodium lauryl ether sulphate (SLES) and sodium lauryl sulphate (SLS) as part of the surfactant system, alongside plant-derived soap surfactants. If you need a sulfate-free or alternative surfactant system, contact us about custom development.

The base surfactant system is plant-derived. However, several variants contain animal-derived milk — the Goat Milk, Camel Milk, Coconut Milk and Haldi Chandan (which includes malai) bases — and are not vegan. The ingredient list for each product states its full composition.

Shelf life is 12 months in the sealed bag. Store in a clean, dry, well-ventilated room below 30 °C, away from heat and direct sunlight, with a maximum of 8 bags per pallet. After opening, use immediately or reseal tightly and consume within one month — above 30 °C the product loses moisture and deteriorates.

MOQ depends on the product — exact values coming soon. Flakes are packed in Kraft paper with an HDPE liner in 25 kg / 30 kg bags. Tell us your requirement and we will confirm the applicable MOQ and packing.

Sample policy is being finalised — coming soon. We generally support evaluation with small samples so you can test melting, workability, lather and finish before committing to a bulk order.

Yes. We already offer a wide range of active systems — glycolic/lactic/salicylic acids, biotin, menthol with vitamin E, activated carbon, kojic acid with rice water, and milk and botanical extracts. We also develop custom bases against your brief for clarity, TFM, actives or claims. Custom work is subject to minimum volumes and, where needed, an NDA.

Flakes are packed in Kraft paper with an HDPE liner in 25 kg and 30 kg bags, palletized at a maximum of 8 bags per pallet. Bulk and custom packaging can be discussed for high-volume contracts.
